  GCU Traditional Campus - Phoenix, AZ:

• Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Spring 2025 semester (01/06/2025 - 04/27/2025)

  Course: Lean and Quality Management

  This course examines quantitative and qualitative continuous process improvement techniques, including statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and lean, and managing change with improvement initiatives. Students identify a project, apply the correct tools, and manage a process improvement project.

  What You Will Do:

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions

• Engage students in learning course objectives and topics

• Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom

• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

  What You Will Bring:

• PhD/DBA Management or Doctorate in a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years corporate experience.

• Minimum: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) AND

• 7 years Lean or Six Sigma Experience as a Master Black Belt experience.
