ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lead Engineering Tech here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team and driving technical excellence. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, coordinating engineering activities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your contributions will directly impact our engineering operations and help us deliver innovative solutions to our customers. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Deer Valley location in Phoenix, AZ. This position will require you to work on-site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting the engineering team in delivering high-quality products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the development of engineering processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical expertise and support to the engineering team

    • Coordinate engineering activities and ensure project execution

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

    • Contribute to the development of engineering processes

    • Support the development of innovative solutions

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Experience in a technical role supporting engineering activities

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

WE VALUE

  • Experience in project coordination and execution

    • Knowledge of engineering processes and methodologies

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
