Job Description

As a Lead Account Manager based in Phoenix, AZ, you will leverage your scientific expertise to tackle complex water treatment challenges and drive growth by developing and selling innovative solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. You will be a trusted partner, actively listening to client's requirements and providing effective technical support to optimize our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, selling and implementing advanced water processing solutions.

  • Utilize scientific knowledge to analyze clients' water treatment needs and develop customized solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest water treatment technologies and industry trends.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or customer support in the water treatment/process industry. Similar experience in the Food & Beverage industry would be a strong asset.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of water treatment processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage with technical stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel and work in industrial environments, adhering to stringent safety protocols.

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.
