Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for calling customers to

help them fulfill their financial goals. To provide a personal loan solution to our customers for things such

as medical expenses, home remodeling, debt consolidation, and more. We offer a best-in-class loan

products at competitive rates with excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing clients with insight into the market, our products, and guiding the customer through the

application and underwriting process

• Maintain consultative relationship with the customer throughout the enrollment process.

• Receives inbound calls

• Follow up via outbound calls

• Develop and sell customized solutions to customers

• Present packaged files with credit recommendations

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients

• Adheres to federal, state, local, and company laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks

• Ability to remain calm in fast paced, stressful environment

• Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

• Two years of inside sales in finance or a call center related experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment

such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role with prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer;

however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend

or stand as necessary.

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
