Randstad is supporting a leading wealth management firm who is seeking to hire for their junior level tech support team. The hiring manager is looking for customer service professionals who are dedicated to delivering paramount services to their valued clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting clients

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic when dealing with clients

• Familiarity with navigating and troubleshooting websites

salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Customer service support for mobile apps and technology, handling troubleshooting, functionality of entering info, etc.

• Responsible for supporting 3 areas

• Website - will support browser maintenance, resetting passwords, helping to identify different issues clients may experience on the site, etc.

• Mobile App - will support reloading mobile app, troubleshoot connectivity issues, navigation assistance, etc

• Online Financial Exchange (OFX) - will support identifying where to go to download info, review password bank inside 3rd party software, reset up, troubleshoot, etc. This function sees increased volume during tax season

• This role is client facing and talent will be interacting with 20-30 clients on a daily basis via phone and will be supporting multimillionaire clients so the ability for talent to provide white glove service is crucial.

• The term “white-glove” services refers to assistance provided with an elevated level of care and attention to detail.

• Supporting basic tech skills: browser maintenance (clearing cache and cookies), how to download/install a program, understanding on how to reset a password (we'll teach you the exact steps).

• May be responsible for taking calls regarding general inquiries - excellent customer service is paramount
