What you can expect​

You will be responsible for developing Zoom’s Global Distribution (Disty) Partner Program for resale distributors and technology solution distributors (TSD). This role requires expertise in various 2-tier distribution models and understanding of the needs and position of major SaaS distributors globally. In-depth knowledge of successful distribution partner programs and a compelling program development/management background is key. You will build and implement an impactful partner program that accelerates our disty-lead channel business.

What we’re looking for

• Experience (7+ yrs) working in 2-tier resale distribution and technology solution distributor (TSD) with major portion in SaaS business

• Experience with Go-To-Market strategy in 2-tier models

• Experience with channel program building and management

• Able to lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive outcomes

• Experience understanding of the distribution model in a SaaS environment, and structure and needs of the distributor business

• Experience understanding best-in-class distribution model and channel program, as well as global and regional dynamics in SaaS distribution environment

• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment with broader organizational goals

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
