United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona is looking for Direct Support Professionals to work with us in providing our members with the skills and assistance to live as independently as possible. This position will also provide transportation to and from our facility. Our Adult Day Program provides our members with opportunities to learn socialization and to improve their independent living skills, and teaches them how to establish goals in their Individual Service Plans (ISP). Located at our north Phoenix facility (19th Avenue & Pinnacle Peak), we have a beautiful campus with classrooms, kitchen, laundry area and an outdoor area for exercise and gardening.
