Job Title: Carpenter/ Metal Stud Framer

Schedule: Typical work hours are from 5:30am to 1:30pm, with start times between 5am and 6am. Overnight shifts are rare, and weekend work may be required up to two Saturdays a month.

Pay: $25-$28

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, focusing primarily on projects at the Mayo Clinic. Responsibilities include working on tenant improvement projects, building temporary walls, metal stud framing, and drywall patching. You will also help oversee subcontractors, change millwork in rooms, build barriers, and hang temporary plastic sheets to maintain clean and safe construction areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to the project schedule.

Work primarily takes place in the Mayo Clinic Hospital with a job trailer on-site. Projects range from $30K to $10M in size, with 8-10 different jobs occurring simultaneously.
