Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be working with a variety of technologies such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop computers and software, ensuring all systems are functioning properly

• Manage and resolve issues related to Android Development, utilizing your skills and expertise in this area

• Maintain and troubleshoot network systems, with a focus on Cisco Technologies

• Provide support for Citrix Technologies, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any issues as they arise

• Handle hardware issues, utilizing your knowledge of Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies

• Manage user accounts and access using Active Directory

• Provide support for Apple Devices, ensuring they are set up correctly and resolving any technical issues

• Implement and manage Backup Technologies to ensure data is protected and can be recovered if needed

• Ensure systems are properly configured and managed, utilizing Configuration Management skills Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development is necessary for this role.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is required.

• Experience with Citrix Technologies is essential.

• Competency in Computer Hardware is expected.

• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is a prerequisite.

• Mastery of Active Directory is vital.

• Ability to handle Apple Devices is a must.

• Expertise in Backup Technologies is crucial.
