Adecco US, Inc. DC Supervisor in Phoenix, Arizona

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and experienced DC Supervisor to oversee our client’s distribution center operations in Phoenix, AZ. As a supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective warehouse operations, leading a team of 10-12 associates.

Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.

  • Proven supervisory experience.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems.

  • Must have prior Forklift experience and pass a forklift assessment

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of 10-12 associates, ensuring their productivity and performance.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, replenishment, and cycle counting.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Analyze and improve operational efficiency.

  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
