Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a computer with dual monitors and a single keyboard and mouse to verify and input data accurately.

• Maintaining precise documentation and managing personal projects efficiently.

• Reviewing documents from various sources and processing them according to defined workflows.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in an independent work environment while delivering high-quality service, especially within a high-volume setting.

• Proficiency in accurately documenting and recording customer/client information.

• Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

• Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test may be required.

• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, in-office.
