* The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ

Data Architect ( Database Design ) :

• Design and implement highly available and scalable data architecture for enterprise-wide lending payment processing system encompassing home, personal, auto, and credit card lending products

• Database refactoring initiatives at enterprise scale while maintaining operational continuity

• Develop and maintain comprehensive data models using Erwin Data Modeling software to support high-volume transaction processing operations

• Create scalable database designs optimized for performance, reliability, and data integrity across Oracle and MySQL platforms

  Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

• Experience in data architecture with focus on financial services or payment processing systems

• Experience in Oracle and MySQL database design, optimization, and administration

• Experience with Erwin Data Modeling software and data modeling methodologies

• Experience designing scalable data solutions handling high-volume transactions

• Ability to refactor databases without disrupting current exposed processes

• Knowledge of database optimization techniques including indexing, partitioning, and data purging strategies

• Experience with Oracle Exadata, including Transaction Guard implementation is a plus

• Knowledge of Golden Gate replication technologies is a plus
