Description

We are a dynamic company in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a Contract Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Calendly and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings using Calendly

• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and support

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations

• Provide feedback to the team to improve processes and customer experience

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer experience team

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related industry

• Proficiency in Calendly or similar scheduling software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Note:

This is a contract position located in Phoenix, AZ. The Customer Experience Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. The role is fully in-office.
