NBAZ is looking for a Commercial HVAC and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join Arizona’s #1 Community Bank in Phoenix. We are seeking qualified candidates who will travel within the Phoenix Metro and the State with potential for out-of-town work schedules. Home base will be at our Biltmore/Phoenix Corporate office.

Essential Functions:

  • Commercial HVAC Service Technicians, HVAC Service or Operations Managers.

  • Assigned Duties will include building inspections, procuring bids, managing vendors, building operations, projects, and other assigned duties.

  • Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, building energy management systems.

  • Meet with contractors as necessary, monitor work of contractors and all subcontracted work.

  • Meet regularly with priority vendors like HVAC, Landscaping and Janitorial service providers. Check contract janitorial and landscape work – notify supervisor of any problems.

  • Repair mechanical equipment as needed or as directed.

  • Take ownership of interior and exterior of assigned buildings to display NBAZ standards.

  • Assist in roof maintenance inspections and repair work as needed.

  • Maintain an inventory list of equipment and assets assigned to building/property/department.

  • Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required.

  • Move equipment, tools, or supplies between properties as required.

  • Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving.

  • Other duties as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    Requires a High School degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or other directly related experience.

    Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., 40 hrs./wk.

  • Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • Working knowledge of operation for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.

  • Knowledge of Energy Management Systems and an EPA Universal Refrigerant License is preferred.

  • Must have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

  • The ability to prioritize a heavy volume of small unrelated requests from a variety of sources.

  • Be always professional.

  • Possess a “can do” attitude.
