Job Title: Billing SpecialistJob Description
As a Billing Specialist, you will perform tasks similar to a standard billing analyst but with a reduced volume of transactions and lower-profile customers. This position serves as the entry-level role within the team, utilizing the same processes and skill sets. Responsibilities include providing support to customers on products and services, researching misapplied payments, processing credit memos, updating purchase orders and customer information, addressing complaints and errors, verifying account discrepancies, and ensuring resolution of issues. You will also process LLW reversals, billing credits, and handle specialized account billing. Additional duties include back-up support to other team members.
