Description

We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented Cash Poster/Accounts Receivable (AR) Professional with experience in high volume transactions. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of billing, cash posting, and other accounts receivable functions. They should also be highly proficient in navigation and operations of AR software.

Responsibilities:

• Review and post all payments and write-offs to patient accounts accurately and timely.

• Balance batch postings to deposits daily.

• Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts receivable ledger.

• Assist in resolution of outstanding invoice queries/discrepancies.

• Handle high volume cash applications.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounts Receivable software.

• Detail-oriented and ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to accuracy.

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients.

• Good understanding of the full-cycle accounts receivable process.
