KBF is currently seeking a KBF Salesforce Developer to join our PH team.

KBF Salesforce Developer will be responsible for Salesforce development, customization, and integration. This position will be in charge of designing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the firm’s requirements. This position will collaborate with the KBF Salesforce team and management to ensure successful solutions that enhance the firm’s efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Salesforce team on software and data projects and KBF Management to understand firm’s requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Provide regular updates on project progress and communicate effectively with team members

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Lightning Web Components/Aura Component, and other related technologies.

• Customize and configure Salesforce features, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, and validation rules

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems

• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance (UAT) for Salesforce solutions

• Manage the deployment process including creating change sets, migrating code between environments, and addressing deployment-related issues

• Comply with firm’s policies and procedure such as timesheet submission, attendance policy, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• A minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding in coding of Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Lightning Web Components/Aura Component, and other related technologies.

• Motivated, quick learner with strong communication skills and demonstrated professionalism

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing with KBF employees, clients, and external partners

• Willing to work nightshift from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (US hours). This role is required to work onsite in the KBF Manila office at least three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
