About the Position

The Social Creative Team within our Creative Group produces engaging, impactful, thoughtful, exciting, and elevated content to represent a Fortune 30 brand across various social platforms.

As a Video Content Creator, you should be passionate about content creation and a social media aficionado with deep knowledge of platforms and tools. Equal parts shooter and editor, a Video Content Creator has a passion for social media and is dual-minded: highly creative but also efficiently coordinated. Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content in a fast-paced environment is a must. Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively with multiple internal and external teams to get the job done.

While the focus will be on social media creative, we see the role as broader - supporting our digital production team holistically from end to end in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Work with a nimble team of producers and creators to ideate and create a consistent volume of high-quality, targeted content across all social media platforms using primarily in-house resources

  • Understand the brand’s goals, strategy, and tone of voice

  • Create content that makes measurable and impactful connections with target audiences

  • Collaborate with different creative teams on rapid-fire requests, tight timelines, and longer-term projects

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to being a collaborative team player

  • Communicate openly about timelines, resources, requirements, etc.

The skills and experience you should have:

  • 3-5 years relevant video production and storytelling experience

  • Ability to film content, produce and edit content quickly, and deliver end-to-end

  • Able to create storyboards, proof-of-concepts, and rough cuts

  • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to prioritize and manage high-volume workload

  • Responsible, accountable, and self-starter, thrives in experimentation and collaboration environments

  • Strong portfolio of digital storytelling experiences

  • Fluency with digital production and post-production tools

  • Video: DSLR and mobile

  • Editing: Final Cut, After Effects, or Premiere

  • Art/Design: Adobe CC, Figma, Canva

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Motion design experience
