Key Responsibilities Unisys seeks a Solutions executive to establish and manage the solutions roadmap, business case and investments; Acquire requirements and determine best approach to deliver to Delivery and Commercial (make/buy); Establish and manage the partner ecosystem; and communicate platform and technology roadmaps and standards.

Job Description Details: Reporting to the Enterprise Computing Solutions Leader, the Next Gen Solutions Leader will own and manage the roadmap for Next Gen and Quantum IQ, Unisys Logistics Optimization (U-Lo) technology, support, services, and solutions offerings.

Some other responsibilities include: *Deliver innovative solutions with compelling value propositions and build extraordinary collaborations within Unisys and with external partners to define a solution strategy that will drive profitable revenue growth through existing base expansion and new client acquisition. *You will provide a deep understanding of enterprise computing, solutions, and services, and understand how to work with other organizations to ensure full sales and delivery enablement. A track record of delivering value to clients is critical.Deliver innovative solutions with compelling value propositions. *Establish solution investment governance (funding management, status updates, etc.) with a strong focus on return on investment. *Collaborate with the Unisys Alliances organization to ensure that the business unit has access to the appropriate partner network and builds the required competencies and certifications. *Partner with the Unisys Global Procurement organization to ensure we have the appropriate partner ecosystem for solutions, e.g. agreements, discount structures, licensing, pricing, etc. *Support the client management team by engaging with clients to support account management and pursuit activity.

You will be successful in this role if you have: Key Qualifications . Business management/Computer Science undergraduate degree or demonstrated equivalent knowledge. Advanced education pedigree preferred *20+ years of experience within a system engineering or software product organization *Ability to lead conversations with senior client representatives face to face *Demonstrate thought leadership in any one of the areas by publishing papers / journals or presentations in conferences, patents, etc. *Proactive, analytical and capable of influencing and providing decision support. *Team Player, with leadership and mentoring experience. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command over English language *Established history of creating and managing solutions for sale in the market *Deep understanding of how to apply emerging technologies to solve modern business problems (AI, ML, Quantum, etc). *Ability to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across functions, business units and geographical regions
