STV Incorporated Telecom Project Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: JR2552 STV is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager out of any of our STV offices around the country who is accountable for planning and organizing the business and for making the operational decisions necessary to achieve STV's desired strategic and annual outcomes for the area. These outcomes include targets and objectives for client relations, growth, project performance, efficiency, and talent development. In addition to the above accountabilities, the Telecom Project Manager is responsible for: Providing effective management of STV's local business activities including adding new clients, winning new work, execution of projects, hiring locally based personnel, resource planning and controlling overhead expenditure. Representing STV with clients, the industry, and the broader community across the Area. Maintaining close professional relationships with key people at client, teaming partner, industry and community organizations. Identifying, mentoring, and training the next generation of future leaders to include the cross-training of current STV staff. Assessing performance of the STV team members and taking action to rectify any shortfalls against expectations and to recognize and promote those of exceptional ability. Ensuring the adherence to standard operating procedures, permitting, and design templates designed to aid in STV's growth in the Telecom market. Be a subject matter expert on outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) services including design, permitting, and construction activities. Oversee local business performance and implementing timely measures to address adverse outcomes to assure financial goals are achieved. Assuring the operation adheres to STV's policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Abilities: A Telecom Project Manager must exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities, impeccable integrity, a strategic mindset, and unquestionably good judgement. A successful Project Manager takes pride in being held accountable, is highly motivated, is collaborative with a results-oriented style and leads by example. Inquisitive, collaborative, outgoing and driven are important characteristics of a successful Project Manager. Other key attributes include: Ability to assess the business environment, develop plans and clearly communicate them. Excellent judgement to discern important factors affecting the business and to set priorities. Ability to delegate to those best-positioned to efficiently deal with issues. Being a recognized leader in the market and region having strong relationships with key clients. Commitment to, and personal leadership of, the company's commitments to DEI, H&S, quality and the ethical conduct of our business. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Telecom market sector in roles such as business development, operations management, project or engineering management.

Compensation Range:$126,513.00 - $168,684.00
