Job Summary

Manages the talent planning process for the Technology and Product organization and works directly with multiple leadership teams. Partners with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Interprets business strategy and develops key career engagement experiences across multiple levels of the organization. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensures execution and adoption of new talent practices in conjunction with HQ talent management and business unit human resources business partners.

  • Develops and implements tools and analytics to produce data driven talent insights that can be used to inform strategic decision making.

  • In partnership with HR Business Partners, drivesa consistent talent strategy for Technology & Product.

  • Under the guidance of the talent management leader, aids in the advancement/adoption of enterprise Talent and Human Resources priorities – workforce segmentation and talent marketplace.

  • Leverage the enhanced capabilities associated with the human resource management system to advance and accelerate the application of talent practices;

  • Develop strong systems capability; utilizing data to drive results..

  • Support business strategy and objectives, and enable a talent return on investment through consultation with human resources and business leaders to understand talent needs.

  • Regularly partner with HQ COE’s (talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, university relations and specialty sourcing) to ensure knowledge transference and sharing of best practices.

  • Lead the design and implementation of strategic programs for the business unit.

  • In partnership with talent management leadership and the human resources business partner community, lead the talent review processes for the business, including: talent review, succession planning and talent pools.

  • Partner with learning and development to drive key organizational learning for the business.

  • Program and project management of key recurring and non-recurring talent initiatives.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
