With locations in the US and Canada, LSD inventories more than 60 specialty alloys for some of the most demanding applications. Extensive value-added capabilities include production sawing, CNC high-speed precision sawing, CNC lathe turning, milling, grinding, heat treating, and hollow boring.

SPECIAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER Territory: Southern Territory - TX, LA, AL Location: Home based office, preference for candidate to be based in the geographic territory

The Special Accounts manager will... Manages an existing sustained customer base with a minimum sustained territory size of $15 million up to $30 million. The territory will include transactional and strategic accounts with a potential of platinum accounts. Responsible for generating a minimum of 10% new profitable sales each fiscal year. Spends up to 50% of time focusing on growth through new & existing customers via new and existing products. Manages time and territory in conjunction with manager monthly. Effectively manages a territory in a timely manner and in conjunction with the targets and goals set by management. Solves moderately complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; guides the work of other staff members. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve processes, products, or services. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER High School Diploma required. 4-year college degree in Marketing or related field preferred. 8 to 10 years of sales/relationship management experience. Problem solving experience. Customer focused and experience Interpreting customer needs, assess requirements, and identifies solutions to non-standard requests. Strong goal and results oriented. Strong quantitative and data-driven decision skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
