Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. This role involves working in an application development team, designing and maintaining database structures, developing robust reporting capabilities, and ensuring the security of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the applications we've developed and our operating practices.

• Enhance existing applications and create new versions using cutting-edge programming platforms and technologies.

• Collaborate with team members to understand business automation processes and business requirements.

• Gather system data and analyze crucial factors such as workflow, task time, and the costs and benefits of the systems to inform technical requirements.

• Conduct testing to ensure application quality, reduce time spent on issue resolution, and increase application uptime.

• Develop robust reporting capabilities for all applications, adhering to our guidelines as well as the requirements of the end-user community.

• Design and maintain Database and RDBMS data structures to support applications.

• Create and maintain documentation, project planning, and keep accurate records of all changes.

• Develop testing schemes and deployment plans for new or revised application functionality.

• Maintain application security in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH guidelines and requirements.

• Provide support for Microsoft Power BI applications as needed.

• Stay current with developments in application development, analysis, and data processing by attending training sessions and educational classes. Requirements • Proficient in Apache Struts

• Experience in Backend Development

• Strong knowledge of C++ programming language

• Ability to work with Database systems

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience in AB Testing

• Proficient in Ajax

• Experience in API Development

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET

• Ability to work with CSS

• Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry
