Regional Electrical OEM (EOEM) Account Manager - 84850

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a highly talented, motivated, customer-first, solution-minded individual for the Regional Electrical OEM (EOEM) Account Manager position. This individual will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with electrical and original equipment manufacturers (E/OEMs) to expand the reach and participation in key market segments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players.

What will you do?  * Identify and prioritize potential E/OEM partners based on strategic fit and business potential.  * Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target E/OEMs  * Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential E/OEM partners  * Negotiate and close E/OEM partnerships and agreements  * Collaborate with internal teams such as LOB, offer, marketing, pricing, and operations to ensure smooth integration of E/OEM products and services  * Monitor and report on the performance of E/OEM partnerships

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?  * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field  * 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on E/OEM partnerships  * Strong communication and negotiation skills  * Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players  * Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Bridge Front Office (bFO)/CRM software  * Experience in E/OEM Segment, LV/MV electrical distribution equipment, is a plus
