Description We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. This role plays a crucial part in our legal services industry, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong customer service and administrative skills. This position requires the individual to manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors while managing inbound calls effectively

• Schedule appointments and manage calendar for the office

• Handle inquiries, providing information to visitors and colleagues

• Manage mail and deliveries, ensuring they reach the right individuals

• Assist with filing and maintaining organized records

• Utilize various software including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence

• Perform receptionist duties, managing the front desk efficiently

• Organize files and documentation to maintain accurate records

• Utilize interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

• Answer multi-line phone systems, directing calls as necessary Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

• Ability to efficiently manage a multi-line phone system

• Experience with data entry and maintaining organized files

• Excellent written and oral communication skills for email correspondence and in-person interactions

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team

• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Familiarity with general receptionist duties

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Punctuality and reliability are essential

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
