Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead Comcast’s enterprise-wide recognition and career engagement programs. This role is a blend of talent management, employee engagement, and change management - requiring both program and project management expertise.
As a key member of the Enterprise Talent Management team, you will oversee recognition programs—both nomination-based (Circle of Success) and peer-to-peer system-driven (thx on xchange) —while ensuring seamless employee experiences and proactive engagement. You will also play a crucial role in supporting career well-being programs such as: performance management, development programs and leveraging the Workday platform.
Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to drive adoption, provide insightful reporting, and develop tools that empower employees and leaders across the organization.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Recognition Programs: Manage enterprise-wide employee recognition initiatives, including nomination-based programs and peer-to-peer recognition platforms.
Event Management: Support on site program activations and participant experience.
Career Development: Support employee growth through performance management and development programs integrated with Workday and external vendor partners.
Program & Project Management: Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of career engagement programs.
Change Management & Adoption: Develop and implement change strategies that drive adoption and effectiveness of programs and platforms (continuous improvement).
Reporting & Insights: Provide business updates, generate key reports, and analyze program effectiveness to enhance impact.
Training & Enablement: Create thoughtful tools, training sessions, and communication strategies to ensure employee engagement and success.
Complete ad hoc projects, other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Consistent exercise of good judgement and discretion with respect to highly confidential and proprietary company information
DEMONSTRATED SKILLS INCLUDE:
Strong project management and program management skills
Excellent PowerPoint skills – ability synthesize and communicate data-backed insights to translate strategy into meaningful storytelling
Ability to consult and influence at the leadership level, deal with divergent opinions and competing priorities
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
Capability of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering results
Capacity to effectively manage and prioritize projects and tasks while adapting to changing priorities with flexibility and creativity
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, while keeping the big picture in focus
Comfort dealing with ambiguity, and proactively working to clarify
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to work independently and as an effective and productive part of a team
Experience in change management of new programs and initiatives
Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in program management, talent management, employee engagement, or related fields.
Strong expertise in recognition programs, performance management, and career development within large organizations.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
Proven ability to manage change, drive adoption, and deliver training in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
