Job Title:              Planner Training

Department:        Training

Reports to:           US Training Operations Control

  1. *Summary of Position:  *

Schedule the training activities delivered in our Philadelphia Training Academy for which has directly interface with all Customers via personal, electronic and mail formats to insure all the needs regarding training are addressed and satisfied in a timely and precise matter. 

Manage the resident team in Philadelphia to ensure that all the customers are scheduled in a timely manner to training events; Set timely and efficiently priorities for the team to ensure task completion; Coordinate work activities; interface with the counterpart in Italy/Malaysia cross-geography training events 

Responsible to manage and plan the Master schedule in coordination with the team on site and modify with respects to any changes with customers. 

Provide monthly reports to the Business Support Manager and Head of Training.

 

* 2.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  *

Duties and Responsibilities:  % of Time

1. Schedule the training activities delivered at Philadelphia Training Academy. 30%

2. Responsible to manage and plan the master schedule in coordination with the team on site and modify with respects to any changes with customers 10%

3.. Responsible for maintaining instructor roster with rest periods, vacations, monthly activity and other breaks. 20%

4. Cooperate with team leaders Ground/Flight/Sim on the weekly schedule to determine instructor qualifications and authorizations in order to properly assign the instructors to the customers training activity 15%

5. Schedule classrooms, sims, VIPT, and any tools availability to support training delivery activities.20%

*6. *Staying current with LH training operation manuals and company policies to assure all training events are scheduled in compliance with the Authority's approval. 5%

  1. *Qualifications for Position: *

  • Hight school

* *

*         B. Experience*

  • 3-5 years administrative and customer service experience.

``` - Preference given to prior experience in the commercial and/or manufacturing rotorcraft industry.

*         C. Competencies & Attributes*

  • Excellent team player, hard worker, available, precise and meticulous.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
