Reference #: 460 The Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a second year law student interested in our corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice for our 2025 Summer Associate Program. This position will work solely with the corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice group throughout the program. The ideal candidate would have an interest in technology and innovation, cyber security, and/or commercial contracts.

Our summer associates are given the opportunity to work on matters that would typically be assigned to first-year associates. Although work assignments vary among practice groups and offices, we rely on our summer associates to help complete actual client work, while ensuring that they participate in a generous mix of training and professional development opportunities, with a focus on presentation, oral argument, legal writing, and practice-specific skills.
