Description We are offering an opportunity for a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support to senior trial attorneys, including drafting and filing documents, preparing for depositions, and attending trials. Your expertise will be crucial in handling a high volume of personal injury or mass tort cases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed and proactive litigation support to senior attorneys and other paralegal staff.

• Maintain frequent client contact in a high-volume setting.

• Assist attorneys with obtaining documents and requesting medical records.

• Draft routine correspondence and maintain client files.

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing of pleadings for a variety of cases, including motions, discovery, and settlement documents.

• Prepare case files from various sources including court dockets, trial papers, jury trials, hearings, and arbitration proceedings.

• Assist in managing eDiscovery, including organization, searches, productions, redactions, and tracking document dispositions.

• Conduct research on rules and procedures, public searches, and compile information for attorney review.

• Organize documents, prepare witness files, and materials for depositions.

• Prepare materials and coordinate scheduling/logistics for trial/depositions.

• Work on special projects and duties as assigned.

• Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, lawyers, and outside firm contacts.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, Management System, Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Billing Functions, Briefing, Calendar Management, Claim Administration, Complaint Handling

• Expertise in Litigation Paralegal tasks, Personal Injury Litigation. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal.

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Case Management Software and Management System.

• Knowledge and experience in LexisNexis is essential.

• Ability to handle Billing Functions efficiently.

• Proven experience in Briefing and Calendar Management.

• Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling.

• Significant experience in Litigation ParaLegal and Personal Injury Litigation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Adherence to professional standards, including confidentiality and conduct.
