Reference #: 101 JOB SUMMARY Kutak Rock LLP seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its Philadelphia office. Qualified candidates have at least six years of complex civil litigation experience. Experience in asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, and personal injury defense preferred, but not required. This dynamic role affords the opportunity to work in Kutak Rock's expanding regional and national Litigation practice.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school required. Preference will be given to those with strong academic credentials, a judicial clerkship, or law review experience Currently admitted to practice in Pennsylvania or New Jersey with an active bar license in good standing require Minimum six years of experience in complex civil litigation with courtroom and trial experience required. Preference given to those with asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, and personal injury litigation experience

Position Information Status: Exempt Salary Range: $150,000-$190,000 per year (commensurate with experience Work Location: Hybrid 3:2
