Hybrid Land Development Civil Engineer

Seeking a full-time Civil Engineer/Designer to join Landenberg based civil engineering firm, focusing on projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania. The role involves designing and preparing site plans for municipal approval, designing post-construction, stormwater management facilities, coordinating applications with clients and consultants, and reviewing subdivision and land development plans for compliance with municipal regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience

• Stormwater calculations experience (Must Have)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Site plan experience

• Ability to coordinate with clients and consultants effectively

• Strong attention to detail for reviewing compliance with regulations

Work Site:

The position offers a HYBRID work setup, with 3 days onsite and 2 days from home. The role allows flexible off-hours work, provided that a total of 40 hours per week is maintained.
