Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems that are not working and replace defective parts. You will perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to verify proper operation and watch for potential problems for our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades, discuss pricing, value, and advantages, and build strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will perform related work as assigned.

Work Environment

You will work on existing commercial construction sites. Teams consist of 1-6 people. You will be working outside, so weather conditions must be considered. Dress code includes work boots, jeans, and company shirt. Projects include warehouses, schools, retirement facilities, car dealerships, and strip malls.
