Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to assist with our tech-oriented customer service needs. This role is crucial in our company's daily operation as it involves providing technical support to our internal teams and clients. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will aid in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and offering solutions for technological issues.

SHIFT: Mon-Fri 1pm-9:30pm

MUST LIVE COMMUTING DISTANCE TO PHILADELPHIA, PA

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Respond to queries over the phone and via email.

• Write training manuals and conduct training sessions for users.

• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.

• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.

• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.

• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

Requirements

SHIFT: Mon-Fri 1pm-9:30pm

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Access

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Configuration Management

• Understanding of Connectivity issues and solutions

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Ability to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems

• Ability to respond to queries either in person or over the phone

• Ability to follow-up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved

• Strong communication skills to effectively guide customers through step-by-step solutions

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously

• Familiarity with ITIL and Service Management

• Experience in providing IT support in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work in a team and independently when required

• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented approach to work

• Willingness to stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.
