Brief Description: The Global Commercial Transformation Lead is a key role on the GCLT, and a direct report of the Chief Commercial Officer. The Transformation Lead is responsible for shaping, leading and governing the transformation agenda across the global commercial organization. This role requires a strategic, results oriented leader with strong influencing skills and extensive experience in leading transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and broader GCLT to deliver a comprehensive transformation strategy that supports delivery of our growth ambitions. Essential Functions
Develop the transformation agenda in partnership with the global commercial leadership.
Lead the planning, implementation and management of multiple transformation programs across the Commercial organization
Execute with excellence and identify fit for purpose solutions that accelerate the business
Lead cross functional teams to deliver on transformation agenda
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational change and transformation.
Engage key stakeholders across the business to assist in executing transformation strategies providing clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
Act as key thought partner to Chief Commercial Officer.
Influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
Manage and oversee multiple transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the commercial organization.
Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, identifying and addressing any challenges or roadblocks.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in transformation projects
Develop new ways of working within the commercial organization to accelerate growth and enhance efficiency across the global organization. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Key Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within a global organization.
Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills; ability to work effectively through matrix teams
Strategic thinker with strong ability to pull through and deliver in order to drive long-term change.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Comfortable challenging the status quo Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum of 10-12 years of experienc in a leadership role within a global organization, in the pharmaceutical industry required
Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change management initiatives across in a matrix environment .
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and commercial operations. Description of Physical Demands

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $240,000.00 - $360,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
