Reference #: 4454340 THE POSITION The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a highly motivated professional Fiscal Management Specialist to join the Liquor Control Board team. As a Fiscal Management Specialist 2 you will be responsible for conducting audits and accounting for inventory stored in our Eastern Region Distribution Center, located in Philadelphia, PA. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The ideal candidate will have inventory experience performing audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories. In this position you will conduct and review audits and cycle counts for all inventory stored in an agency Distribution Center. You will also prepare reports and findings of fact as a result of audits and cycle counts.

Other duties include reviewing, analyzing, and investigating any discrepancies on exception and damage reports in addition to developing reports on unaccountable discrepancies or damages detailing any associated or mitigating factors. You will also review and analyze inventory adjustments and reconcile outstanding issues.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 1; or One year of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation.  An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.  Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
