Hill International, Inc. ESTIMATOR in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
DUTIES:
- Analyze & monitor construction projects to address major concerns for large scale construction projects including scheduling, cost/budgeting value analysis, risk management,
and close out.
Develop resource-loaded critical path network schedules, provided percent complete, budget, recorded costs, commitments, forecasts, and earned value analysis.
Prepare monthly reports, earn value resource analysis, cash flow, analyzing delays and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays.
Coordinate change orders, cost estimates. Request for Information, and Submittals
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have B.S. in Civil Engineering or equiv. and 24 months relevant work experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equiv.
