Director, Strategic Analytics

Direct a team of high performing analysts responsible for conducting in-depth analyses to inform business decisions based on customer data; analyze customer data, build presentations and reports based on analysis findings, and deliver results to business stakeholders using PowerPoint; manipulate data in Excel; access relational databases containing customer data using query tools including Teradata SQL Assistant, DBeaver, R, or Python; using relational database table join principles and data summarization techniques; develop and maintain deep working relationships with business stakeholders to become a trusted partner for their data and analytical needs; demonstrate a 'big picture' understanding of Comcast's business drivers, and develop innovative analytical frameworks to address them; proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analyses that drive meaningful change on key objectives established by senior Comcast leadership; develop and communicate goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to reach goals; collaborate as part of the senior leadership team within EBI; promote transparent communication among management team; and establish policies, standard, practices, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations and to safeguard the information resources.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields that provide mastery of strategic data analysis and management principles, and seven (7) years of experience manipulating data in Excel; building and delivering clear presentations to stakeholders using PowerPoint; and using relational database table join principles and data summarization techniques; of which three (3) years include querying relational databases using SQL Developer, Teradata SQL Assistant, DBeaver, R, Python, or any other appropriate query software.*
