About the Role  Essity Consumer Goods America is looking for an experienced DTC Channel Manager. As the DTC Channel Manager, you will spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of our direct-to-consumer initiatives. Collaborating with IT, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams, you will enhance our brand presence and optimize our subscription models on our owned platforms. Your role will be crucial in transforming our DTC operations into a leading revenue and brand-building channel, while ensuring high consumer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate should live in the Philadelphia, PA metro area, as this is a hybrid role.

What You Will Do * Develop and execute a comprehensive DTC strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand ethos. * Collaborate closely with IT to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our DTC platforms. * Work with Brand Marketing to create compelling and consistent brand messages across all DTC touchpoints. * Partner with the Sales team to align strategies and maximize subscription growth and consumer retention. * Engage with Customer Service to ensure excellent consumer experiences, high satisfaction, and strong retention rates. * Analyze consumer data and market trends to inform strategy adjustments and drive business decisions. * Manage the DTC P&L, ensuring budget efficiency and profitability. * Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the DTC channel. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through excellent consumer experiences.

Who You Are * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a consumer goods environment or managing your own store! * Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. * Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions. * In-depth understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce technologies, and CRM tools. * Strong problem-solving skills * High level of ownership and enthusiasm for driving growth for a brand/category fast adopting ecommerce as the dominant channel
