Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing technical support to system software and hardware, troubleshooting various technology platforms, and maintaining workstation equipment. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that requires the application of various skills, including Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, and Microsoft.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and provide support for system software and hardware

• Utilize and troubleshoot various technology platforms including Windows 10, M365 applications, Azure tenant, and Active Directory

• Maintain and support desktop and laptop computers

• Manage workstation equipment such as docking stations, monitors, and peripherals

• Support and troubleshoot both wired and wireless networking

• Operate and troubleshoot copier/scanner equipment

• Image and join computers to Active Directory

• Provide user support and address inquiries promptly

• Collaborate with the team to provide efficient Deskside Support

• Apply Configuration Management and Deployment skills as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies is a must

• Experience with Azure and Active Directory.

• Experience with EO/IR systems required

• Proficient in the use of Mac Computers

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Products and Active Directory

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware and its troubleshooting

• Knowledge of Configuration Management is essential

• Proven experience in software and hardware Deployments

• Previous experience in Deskside Support

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users

• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service orientation

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred

• Relevant certifications in IT and Desktop Support would be a plus

• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development.
