Description
Day in the life – it’s very meeting heavy. Doing design sessions, requirements. Move to implementation of changes and requirements. the PM will be driving 6 hours of meetings per day to make sur they understand the priorities and tracking the rate log. Priorities will change from day to day. Someone who is cross functionally trained to be able to drive what is most important that day.
Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise technology implementations, with a focus on Coupa procurement solutions.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, finance, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
Drive stakeholder engagement, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals, risks, and milestones.
Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects adhere to best practices and governance standards.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure seamless integration of Coupa with ERP and other financial systems, optimizing procurement and spend management processes.
Utilize PMP-certified best practices to enhance project efficiency, documentation, and reporting.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, ensuring project success, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Overview: Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to join their lean PMO team, which consists of 11 full-time employees overseeing various portfolios. Reporting to IT PMO Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our Coupa implementation and other key projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Coupa implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Maintain executive presence, effectively communicating with senior leadership
Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira to organize and track project progress.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive project priorities and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct design sessions, requirements gathering, and implementation of changes.
Manage onboarding, terminations, and permissions across the enterprise.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
