Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP Client Guidelines Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R3061 Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Client Guidelines Analyst. With minimal supervision, the Client Guidelines Analyst, will be an administrator of the Firm's outside counsel guidelines compliance efforts. The Client Guidelines Analyst will be responsible for identifying pertinent data points to be stored in Intapp Terms and provide support for firm-wide compliance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining data integrity relative to outside counsel guidelines within the Firm's systems, distributing client prepared engagement documentation to appropriate stakeholders for review and comment, compile comments from stakeholders, track statuses, and document the approvals made by appropriate decision-makers.

This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

Review client guidelines and identify critical data points to be stored in Intapp Terms.

Maintain responsibility for the administration of Intapp Terms.

Prepare comparison tracking of existing and newly proposed guidelines.

Prepare summaries highlighting key provisions and identify terms needing further review.

Distribute client prepared engagement documentation to appropriate stakeholders for review and comment.

Compile comments from internal stakeholders, track statuses, and document necessary approvals.

Coordinate compliance efforts with other administrative stakeholders.

Implement rules as needed in the Firm's time recording system (Intapp Time) and time entry compliance system (TimeCheck).

Experience and preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, from four-year college or university or minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft OneNote and pdf software.

Experience with Intapp Time, TimeCheck, and 3E

Detail Oriented, highly organized and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, prepare business correspondence, and respond to questions from Employees, Managers, Partners, Clients, and Vendors.
