Job Description

A healthcare insurance client is actively hiring for a Business Systems analyst to join their Data Extracts team in Philadelphia, PA. This person will be responsible for the intake and analysis of their Customer Extract File requests. Daily this person will support business operations stakeholders by documenting the data requests specifications, pulling the information from data warehouses, and sending the balanced data to complete the request. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical claims, and healthcare billing information to ensure reports are accurate. This is a hybrid onsite role, where you will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday but remote on Mondays & Fridays weekly.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare payor/insurance space

• 6+ years of experience eliciting data requirements from cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet business needs

• 5+ years of experience writing basic SQL queries and reviewing DB tables / views

• Experience researching healthcare claims/billing tables

• Strong demonstrated experience using Microsoft office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio) - experience working within BigQuery null
