DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Manager

About the Role Essity Consumer Goods North America is looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be accountable for brand building in local markets in line with current goals and market demands. 

The ideal candidate should live in Philadelphia or Charlotte. 

What You Will Do * Local Markets brand owner, brand building and profitable market share development. * Helps execute annual brand plans and defines brand activation touch points in line with brand standards.  * Responsible for local marketing implementation, usage of marketing materials and digital & paid media. * Leads Brand & Innovation campaign activation, tracking and corrective actions. * Owns Brand assortment, product management and pricing in line with global guidance. Drives Assortment initiatives together with global partners. * Develops briefs for marketing and product-related projects including media programming, consumer promotions, pack count changes and/or new product launches.    * Brand Building expert towards consumers and retailers.  * Analyzes consumer data to identify insights that can be translated into marketing activation. * Works with Sales on account-specific product launches and ongoing support.  * Runs and manages weekly reports and presents at quarterly business reviews and project meetings. 

Who You Are * Bachelors Degree * 3+ years experience in a consumer packaged goods.  * Strategic thinker who has experience with developing long term marketing strategies.  * Financial acumen and understanding.  * Understands various media touch points and has experience with briefing agencies.  * Experience with evaluating and challenging agency creative.  * Strong communication and collaborative skills.  * Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.  * Travel up to 20%.
