University of Pennsylvania Assistant Professor Academic Clinician Track—Oncology—CHOP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of clinical psychology. Specific focus on pediatric oncology, hematology populations. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.

Teaching responsibilities may include supervising behavioral health trainees (including psychology externs and interns); giving lectures to trainees in psychology, psychiatry, and pediatrics; develop curricula.

Clinical responsibilities may include assessment, consultation and intervention services for oncology patients and families, in inpatient and outpatient settings.

The Cancer Center is consistently ranked among the top 10 pediatric cancer centers in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report . For 2023-2024, CHOP's Cancer Center has been ranked in the top 5 pediatric cancer programs in the nation.
