University of Pennsylvania Assistant Professor (AC Track) - Hematology/Oncology in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of hematology and oncology. Applicants should demonstrate excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in hematology and medical oncology.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students, medical residents, and fellows. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.

Clinical responsibilities may include care of patients in the inpatient and outpatient practices at Pennsylvania Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Selected candidates will have experience in general hematology and oncology with an emphasis on lymphoma.
