Job Requirements – Analyst R elations

  • Support the global AR program to scale engagements with analysts who cover a range of industry verticals

  • Prepare regular Briefings about AVEVA’s strategy, products, solutions, and services including its ability to execute go-to-market capabilities to support customers and channel partners

  • Support the global director to update analysts on company news and milestones with appropriate cadence, article sourcing, commissioning, and administrative support

  • Help manage industry analyst engagements at events, including support for face-to-face and virtual meetings at conferences/events and analyst strategy days

Qualities & Requirements for Success

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Initiative-taker and effective project managerwith excellent time management skills to effectively execute on multiple global/regional projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaborativelywithin a small team environment while working effectively with all cross-organizational functions.

  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skillsand presenting analyst activity updates to internaland external stakeholders.

  • Experience working with software technology experts and product launches.

  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced industry and operate with time-sensitive projects to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Experience working on international campaigns with a good understanding of cultural and regional diversity.

  • Prior experience with an analyst relations software preferred (e.g., Spotlight OZ).

  • Candidates with experience working with Magic Quadrant, Wave, and MarketScape evaluations preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a marketing, communications, technology, or related field

  • Experience in an analyst relations role and ideally with communications and/or marketing knowledge within a global technology/SaaS company

  • Commercial experience:3-5 years

Salary Range:

$113,200.00 - $188,800.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
