Job Description:

Neshoba County General Hospital - Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general RN duties and responsibilities, including patient assessment, care planning, and implementation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Use computer systems for documentation and communication
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Supervise and support other nursing staff as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid unrestricted Mississippi RN license
• Ability to perform general RN duties and responsibilities
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Must project a positive attitude
• Previous nursing home or skilled nursing care experience preferred
