DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Ensures that products received or produced meet technical specifications. Works under moderate supervision, verifying the quality of products using measurement techniques, segregation of non-conforming products, and documenting deviations. This role involves training others in the quality process and maintaining standards set by the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify the final quality of products on the production line, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
Compare the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment, and products to identify defects.
Segregate non-conforming products using basic and complex measurement techniques and equipment.
Document products that fail to meet technical specifications using specified systems.
Train team members in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming products, and proper documentation processes.
Follow quality norms and standards established by the Company.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience as required by applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills:
4+ years of work experience in Product Quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Expertise in metrology equipment and measurement techniques.
Understanding of manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
Global Suppliers handling skill
Education:
Diploma in any engineering stream or Bachelor's degree from non-engineering background.
