Compensation: Hourly pay plus commission

Position Summary:This BDC Sales Representative position at United Fleet Management (UFM) is a passionate, highly motivated, and results-driven individual that will have the primary objective to drive sales growth and cultivate long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach to understanding client needs and tailoring solutions will be instrumental in driving the company's success.

Please note that this description is not all-encompassing, as other ad hoc tasks are expected of the position.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Answer all incoming sales calls promptly and professionally

  • Make outgoing calls to all new interests

  • Research and create an ongoing list of clients who would qualify for our leasing program

  • Determine customer’s primary concern and coordinate the next steps towards leasing a vehicle for their company.

  • Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services and needs of the organization

  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

  • Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required)

  • Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience a plus

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems

  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

  • Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in social media marketing

  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S .
