American Transmission Company Facilities System Program Manager in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin

Summary of Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Facilities System Program Manager to manage the safe, reliable and efficient day-to-day operation of our Cottage Grove critical control center physical building infrastructure, including Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing (MEP) systems, fire suppression, water treatment, UPS and generator back-up power systems as well as building automation system applications.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll use your bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management, construction or building systems design to facilitate the operation, maintenance and repair and replacement of building systems equipment, optimize the performance of integrated building support equipment and evaluate the physical workplace with the business needs of the organization, formulating recommendations to maximize the utilization of facility assets along with input on design and installation of these various systems. In addition, you’ll provide building systems expertise to IT, Operations/EMS and other workgroups to design criteria and overall operating philosophy, emphasizing systems reliability and redundancy and ensure alignment with current use and strategic long-term planning for control center, computer, telecom, lab and special-use spaces.
